Introduction

Accounting Dynamite Software is a complete set of computer programs designed to electronically manage business processes of small and medium sized enterprises. It provides simple Data Collection and Data Entry forms for each of the standard business process, Authenticate and Validate the Data so collected and processes it with automated integration. This Simplifies, Organizes and Accelerates managing business Accounts, Inventory, Human Resource and Payroll records electronically. It has the following 4 components:

About the Components of ADS

Introduction

The SDS Database is a proprietary Database designed in Assembly Language. It stores data in a predefined Binary structure file. A set of files in a folder makes a database. Database for each of the Executable module is predefined, set and ready to use. In all there are seven databases designed for seven types of business processes: -


  • Accounting Database is used to store, retrieve and process all the data of Accounting activities of a business
  • Inventory Database is used to store, retrieve and process all the data of Inventory movement activities of a business
  • Human Resource and Payroll Database is used to store, retrieve and process all the data of Human Resources personal, attendance, pay and performance evaluation activities
  • Ball Bearing Database is used to store, retrieve and process all the data of Ball Bearing Trading and Indenting activities
  • Loan Accounting Database is used to store, retrieve and process all the data of Membership, Dividends and Loaning activities of a Co-operative Society
  • Stock Portfolio Trading and Investment Database is used to store retrieve and process all the data of Stock Portfolio Trading and Investment activities with a Stock Exchange and its Brokers
  • Student Database & Fees Collection Database is used to store, retrieve and process all the data of Student Personal Record, Classroom Structure and Fees Dues and Collection records

Following are the features that make SDS Database Different from all others

Introduction

A Database is records of one company for one calendar year and for each of the business processes such as Accounts, Inventory, Human Resource, Payroll etc.
The number of databases increases rapidly with every passing year. The Database Manager is designed to manage and organize all the databases deployed on a network. The Database Manager shows a Hierarchy of all the Databases installed on a Network in a tree view with the Company Name as the First Parent, Business process Name such as Accounting, etc. as the First Child and all business years as children.
The Database Manager allows you to select a single database at a time and lets you do six major functions as under: -

  • Load and execute Software Module based on the Database selected
  • Load and Execute Data verification and checking software
  • Create Backup as and when required
  • Restore Data from Backup
  • Configure properties of a Database. This is discussed in detail in each of the respective module’s chapter
  • Provide powerful graphical interface between The Database, The Executable Modules and Windows Operating System

Introduction

It is a ready to use computer program designed for each of the sevenbusiness processes with predefined formats of Data Collection, Data Validation, Data Storage and Data Processing. The Presentation of Data on Screen and Standard Reporting on Printer is fully automated and ready inside each executable module.
